“The information is presented in manageable "chunks" each building on the other. The many demonstrations and actual videos helped me understand and solidify explanations with actions. There are situations such as near drowning that I haven't seen in other courses. Most importantly, being prepared and knowing the norms is stressed and practiced up front.
